Queensland offers various license types, including: Learner's License (L): For beginners. Provisional License (P1 and P2): For new drivers after passing the driving test. Open License: For experienced drivers who meet specific criteria. Heavy Vehicle Licenses: For vehicles over 4.5 tonnes. Motorcycle Licenses: For motorcycle riders.
To apply for a Learner's License: 1. Be at least 16 years old. 2. Pass a written road rules test. 3.Complete an application form at a Transport and Main Roads (TMR) service center. 4. Provide proof of identity and residency. 5.Pay the applicable fee.
Always display L-plates when driving. Be supervised by a person holding an Open License for at least 12 months. Complete a minimum of 100 hours of supervised driving (including 10 hours of night driving). Carry your Learner's License at all times while driving.
Be at least 17 years old. Complete the minimum 100 hours of logged driving experience. Pass the practical driving test (Q-SAFE).
P1 License: Must display red P-plates and follow passenger and speed restrictions. P2 License: Must display green P-plates, with fewer restrictions than P1.
Yes, but you must: Convert to a Queensland license within three months if you’re moving permanently. Provide your existing license and proof of residency. In some cases, pass a written or driving test depending on your country of origin.

Convert International License to Austaralian License. Take driving lesson for on Australian Roads and then sit for Driving Exam
